Talk about beautiful - look at the view from the Grundlsee webcam in Austria. From what I can glean from some travel sites on the web, Grundlsee is a little town in the middle of Austria, right at the center of the "Styrian Salzkammergut" or the lake district around the salt mine area. According to one site I visited the population of this tiny town is 1,200. Approximately 56 miles from Salzburg and 240 miles from Vienna, this village overlooks a lovely lake of the same name. Evidently, the word 'see' means 'lake' in German. One thing is for sure, this looks like a picture out of a fairy tale. When I was just out of college, I went to Europe for 6 weeks and once place we visited was Salzburg. This reminds me of the beauty of that area.
